Questions, answered

Simple by design.

How do live rooms work?

Choose a monthly or semester membership and Stripe collects the email address Zoom uses for registration. Zoom emails your personalized room link after the membership is confirmed.

What happens after I enroll?

Stripe sends your billing receipt and Zoom sends your room details. If either email is missing, contact Beth and include the email address used at checkout.

How do private sessions work?

Choose a private tutoring appointment above. Calendly shows Beth’s current availability, session details, pricing, payment, and confirmation flow separately from group memberships.

Can I choose several early-prep courses?

Yes. Each course is its own membership, so families can enroll in as many course tracks as they want.

Can I cancel?

Group-membership billing, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation are handled through Stripe’s emails. Contact Beth if you need help. Private-session changes and cancellations follow the Calendly booking details.
