These Terms of Service apply to SAT/ACT Math Prep programs and related services provided by Aha! Math Prep by Beth Oliver (“Aha! Math Prep,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a subscription, the purchaser agrees to these terms for themselves and, when applicable, for the participating student.
1. Program Description Aha! Math Prep provides live, virtual SAT/ACT math instruction. Students with an active subscription may attend as many scheduled live instruction sessions as they would like during their applicable subscription period.
Current instruction hours are listed on the enrollment or program page. Schedules may occasionally change because of holidays, emergencies, instructor availability, or other reasonable circumstances. We will provide notice of material schedule changes when reasonably possible.
A subscription provides access to instruction during the applicable subscription period. It does not guarantee attendance at every session, access to recordings, a particular test score, or admission to any school or program.
2. One Student per Subscription Each subscription is valid for one named student only. A separate subscription is required for each additional student.
The purchaser is responsible for providing the student’s correct name and email address. Aha! Math Prep is not responsible for delayed access caused by incorrect information submitted during enrollment.
3. Monthly Subscription and Automatic Renewal The monthly program is an automatically renewing subscription. The payment method provided at checkout will be charged when the subscription begins and on the applicable monthly billing date thereafter until the subscription is canceled.
The regular monthly price is displayed at checkout. By completing the purchase, the purchaser authorizes recurring monthly charges at the price shown at checkout, including any valid promotional discount.
A monthly subscription remains active through the end of the billing period for which payment has been successfully received.
4. Semester Subscription and Automatic Renewal The semester program covers the semester identified at enrollment. Unless canceled before the next semester’s renewal charge is processed, the semester subscription will automatically renew for the following semester. The payment method on file will be charged the price disclosed for that renewal.
A semester subscription may be canceled at any time before the next semester’s renewal charge. No advance-notice period is required. Cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not end or refund the semester already purchased.
Renewal dates, semester dates, and pricing will be communicated before the applicable renewal when reasonably practicable.
5. Cancellation Monthly and semester subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next applicable renewal charge. No 30-day notice or other advance-notice period is required.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily generate a refund for a payment already processed. The student may continue attending through the end of the monthly billing period or semester that has already been paid for.
Cancellation may be requested through the Stripe customer portal, if available, or by emailing beth@betholivertestprep.com. The request should include the purchaser’s name, the student’s name, and the email address associated with the subscription.
Cancellation becomes effective when the request is received. To avoid another charge, the request must be received before Stripe processes the next renewal payment. Customers should retain their cancellation confirmation.
6. Refund Policy Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable once processed, including when a student does not attend available sessions or chooses to stop participating before the paid period ends.
Refunds or billing corrections may be issued when required by law or when Aha! Math Prep determines that a duplicate charge, billing error, or service-related circumstance warrants one.
If Aha! Math Prep cancels a substantial portion of the paid program and does not provide a reasonable substitute, an appropriate credit or prorated refund may be offered.
7. Promotional Pricing Eligible customers who enroll in the monthly SAT/ACT Math Prep subscription by August 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time may receive the promotional rate of $100 per month, reduced from the regular price of $125 per month.
The promotional rate applies to future monthly charges only while the original qualifying subscription remains continuously active and in good standing.
If the subscription is canceled, expires, or is terminated because of unresolved payment failure, the promotional rate is forfeited. A customer who later re-enrolls will pay the price and qualify only for promotions available at that time.
Promotional pricing may not be transferred to another customer or combined with another discount unless expressly authorized by Aha! Math Prep.
8. Payment Failures The purchaser is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. If a recurring payment fails, access may be suspended or terminated until payment is successfully completed.
Aha! Math Prep or its payment processor may attempt to collect a failed payment again and may send notices requesting updated billing information.
9. Zoom Registration and Access Each enrolled student receives an individual Zoom registration or join link at the student email address supplied during enrollment.
The link:
Is assigned to one student;
May be used by that student on different compatible devices;
May not be shared, transferred, posted, sold, or used by another person; and
May not be used for multiple simultaneous participants or devices.
Aha! Math Prep may suspend or revoke access if a link is shared or used by an unauthorized person. Such suspension or revocation does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.
Students are responsible for having a suitable device, reliable internet access, and current Zoom software. Aha! Math Prep is not responsible for problems caused by a participant’s device, internet connection, software, or incorrect email address.
10. Student Conduct and Course Materials Students are expected to behave respectfully and avoid disrupting instruction. Aha! Math Prep may remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, abusive, substantially disruptive, or infringes on the rights of others.
Course materials, teaching methods, recordings, worksheets, and other content supplied by Aha! Math Prep are for the enrolled student’s personal educational use. They may not be copied, recorded, published, sold, or distributed without written permission.
Participants may not record, photograph, screen-capture, transcribe, or distribute a session or its content without prior written permission from Aha! Math Prep.
11. Students Under 18 When the student is under 18, the purchaser confirms that they are the student’s parent or legal guardian, or that they have the authority and permission necessary to enroll the student.
The parent or guardian is responsible for reviewing these terms with the student and for the student’s compliance with the Zoom-access, conduct, and course-material requirements.
12. Communications The purchaser agrees to receive transactional communications concerning payments, renewals, cancellations, schedule changes, Zoom access, and program administration at the email address or telephone number provided.
Consent to these necessary program communications is separate from consent to receive optional promotional marketing.
13. Changes to These Terms Aha! Math Prep may update these terms prospectively. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated when reasonably required. Changes will not retroactively alter a payment that has already been completed unless required by law or agreed to by the purchaser.
